We accept the following materials for Ad publication

Hardware:

Macintosh, CD-Rom, Zip Drive (100MB).

Programs:

QuarkXpress 5 or earlier, Adobe Illustrator 10 or earlier, Microsoft Word 98 or earlier, Photoshop 7.0 or earlier, Adobe Acrobat (PDF file)

Submission of materials:

• Our Production Department is equipped to received your AD via e-mail as an attached PDF file
  Files via e-mail should be sent to the following address: ads@aldiainc.com

• Any jobs being submitted by an agency or a service bureau via CD or zip disk must have all appropriate fonts and placed images included with artwork.

• The placed EPS/Artwork image must be included with all orders.

• If you are using special QuarkXpress formatting, make sure to include a copy of the Xpress Preferences.

• A hard copy of the ad must accompany the digital ad at full size. Graphic files are acceptable only in TIFF or EPS formats, not in their native format.

• Al Día will not correct any digital ads delivered by disk or e-mail, exceptions are ads that require translation
